Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied with your LFTOVA Pro purchase, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your order date.

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, which is the Merchant of Record for all LFTOVA orders.

• To request a refund, visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email you used at checkout.
• You can also email us at hello@eftora.app and we'll help you submit the request.
• Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

You can cancel your subscription anytime from your Account page. When you cancel, your Pro access continues until the end of the period you've already paid for, and you won't be charged again.
